While our chocolate cake is cooling, you can prepare sour cream for it. Here, too, a lot of strength is not needed: just beat the sour cream with sugar well with a mixer so that all the sugar dissolves. Lubricate the cake layers with the resulting cream and stack them on top of each other.

It remains only to decorate our wonderfully delicious chocolate cake with grated chocolate. Chocolate can be taken absolutely any, milk or bitter, as you like. We took dark chocolate and rubbed it on a coarse grater.

The finished cake is best sent to the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours so that it is well saturated with cream and becomes soft and tender.

Recipe 5: Simple Biscuit Cake

Dough:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • wheat flour, I grade - 1.5 cups
  • granulated sugar - 2 cups
  • soda - 0.5 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • a pinch of salt

For cream:

  • sour cream - 250 grams
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup.

First, prepare the cream, because it must stand in the refrigerator after preparation.

Cream - the simplest - sour cream. Sour cream should be beaten with sugar. The mass should be light, and the sugar should be completely dissolved. The resulting cream, as I said - in the refrigerator.

Now I'm making the dough for the biscuit:

I beat the whites separately, then add the yolks, and only then the sugar. Sugar should be completely dissolved. After that, gradually, in small portions, I pour flour. I do this so that there are no lumps, constantly whipping the dough. In a tablespoon, I extinguish the soda with lemon juice and add it to the dough and continue to beat everything together for some more time.

The resulting mass is poured into a cake mold, in which I first lay out baking paper. I bake a sponge cake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. You can check its readiness with a toothpick - we pierce the biscuit with it - if the toothpick is dry - the biscuit is ready, if raw dough remains on it - you have to wait.

After that, I cut the finished biscuit into three cakes and let them cool, and then generously smear the layers with cream.

I decorate the finished biscuit cake with cream.

Recipe 6: Quick and tasty cake - with honey

For cakes:

  • Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Margarine 170 gr
